After a few hours sweating at the pool, then the hardest/sweatest yoga class ever AND Shred day 1 of level 2… I am on the couch and will sleep like a baby tonight!
Finished level 1 of 30 day shred today!
My (it’s complicated) boyfriend watched from the couch. He thought Jillian was hot. I was surpised that he liked her body the best out of the three ladies in the video. However I chose to rain on his parade about her alleged sexuality.
Bought pink pants this week since I am confident enough to wear them!
A friend of mine recently referred to the “Morning Skinnies.” I had no clue what she was talking about. She went on to say how it’s how you feel and your body looks in the morning after not eating since the night before.
It’s not the best mindframe, but it did get me thinking. I enjoy the “Morning Soreness.” You know the day after a great work out and your body is recovered/recovering and you just feel STRONGER.
It’s those few minutes first thing in the morning when I am not distracted by everything else and can just think about how my body feels in that moment.
I love feeling stronger and fitter and less weighed down by fat (as opposed to “skinny”).
