I’ve told you guys about my friend Tim from college who is the king of all BAMFs. Tim was in a serious car accident in 2007 that paralyzed him, but that hasn’t slowed him down. Here’s a video Tough Mudder made about Tim and his team (made up of a ton of awesome guys from college) in their latest race!

WRONG direction. Seeing 190 crushed me this morning, but I know I have been lackadaisical lately. Work is very stressful, yet my personal life has never been better.
I need to find balance. I also need to fit in a bridesmaid dress in 5 weeks. Well it fits, but I’d like to be able to breathe whilst wearing it!
