Mapping out my Ragnar Relay training that starts nice and easy this week.
After a much-needed heart to heart with one of my best friends I know I need to pick a race/set a goal and get myself back to my happy place. Not sure on distance yet, but I do have my heart set on a 2014 marathon just got sure if I’m looking at spring or fall.
