I have an angry period this week so it may be water weight because otherwise I’m feeling good. I’m feeling tight, my clothes are fitting better so NSV until Aunt Flow leaves town

Guy friend. Thaaaaaaaaanks. I’m making a conscious effort to eat better and change up my workouts. 

Tri Fri

Soooooooo after next weekend’s 10 miler – I’ve decided to get back on the sprint triathlon horse. My timehop has reminded me that I signed up for my first tri 2 years ago this week. 

I really enjoyed all the different workouts when I trained for my first one – which turned into doing a 2nd one a month later because I was still in shape and loved race day! Plus I need to give my heel/feet a break from all the running. 

I’m leaving work early today to get my bike tuned up – haven’t been on it in ummmmm 1.5 years. Toying with idea of buying myself a “big girl” bike for my birthday this summer… 

Looking up a few tri options, still love the idea of pool swim ones since open water is a liiiiittle bit scary.
