BEFORE – AND NEVER AGAIN

So I realized I’ve posted a lot of pics of me “now” – and mainly it’s because I’m so proud of my hard work.

However I think it’s only fair to post some “before” pics. Which pains me to do, but I think showing progress is important. I know I get most inspired by seeing those before and afters. So as much as it’s hard to show “befores” it’s important.

45 pounds has made a world of different to me and I still have some work left to do.

The pictures from last year, most notably the one of my in purple which was from going out the night before Thanksgiving was the picture that made me realize I was out of control and needed to get a grip on my life.

*Editor’s note: I lost SOME weight in late 2006-2007, but gained it back and probably then some. So really the first three photosets aren’t “progess” pictures because it wasn’t until January 1, 2010 that I changed my lifestyle.

Picture from this game this weekend. I must say this is probably my new favorite picture of myself (especially how awesome my clavicle looks).

Seriously this weekend was great and I’ll blog about it more later, but in short I have never felt more desirable than I did this weekend.

Innnnnterestingly enough I wasn’t feeling Mr. Navy Lawyer despite his advances. However the gentleman I went out with yesterday from OKC I was feeling and he was digging me too.

I’m pretty much high on life right now.

My gameday outfit. Tune into CBS for the Auburn/Georgia game and look for me in the 5th row behind the “A” in the endzone that says Auburn – I’ll be next to a cute blonde guy 😉

Don’t get me wrong all of Angelia is beautiful, which I attribute to the fact that she is part Slovak – I am also Slovak for the record, but her arms look outstanding in this picture.

Thanks everyone for your kind words. A friend IRL saw a sad tweet of mine in reference to my dad and she later came to my office with 3 beautiful ORANGE Gerber Daisies, so sweet!

I feel so blessed to surround myself with wonderful people from real life to tumblr and everywhere in between.

Fridge of Fame!

My race bibs…thus far.

I was inspired by a friend of mine who keeps all her bibs in her kitchen as a reminder of where she’s been and how far she’s come. It really is a great way to help me make good decisions in the kitchen!

Due to all my travel/conference craziness I forgot to show you guys my new ‘do. I have some major blonde streaks and my entire underneath layer at the nape of my neck is blonde too. It’s very fun!

Between the hair and my thinner body everyone at the conference keeps telling me how fantastic I look!

**I should probably mention I usually only see these folks at the annual conference and I’ve come a looooong way since last November.**
