My half marathon is under a month away and how AWESOME would it be if I was in the 170s. However I haven’t worked out in 2 days (due to my lack of a toenail and work), but I’m headed back to spin today and hope to get a 4 miler in a well. This is a crazy, busy week for me so I am going to be squeezing in runs/workouts wherever I can find time. Even if it means waking up early and running before work (yuck).
