After 2 half marathons in October I took time to recover and then eased into my full marathon training program. I look forward to December being another triple-digit mileage month.

Not a lot of change by the numbers, but my body is tightening up. Maybe as a Christmas present to all of you I’ll post pictures of my stomach later this month, how scary exciting!
