Miles Ran: 66.25

After 2 half marathons in October I took time to recover and then eased into my full marathon training program. I look forward to December being another triple-digit mileage month.

  • Upper Thigh: 24 (-0)
  • Above Knee: 16.5 (-0)
  • Calf: 15.5 (-0)
  • Upper Arm: 11.75 (-0)
  • Mid-upper Arm: 10 (-0.25)
  • Neck: 12.5 (-0)
  • Wrist: 5.75 (-0.25)

Not a lot of change by the numbers, but my body is tightening up. Maybe as a Christmas present to all of you I’ll post pictures of my stomach later this month, how scary exciting!
