I ran my first 400m in 1:53.02 – WHAT?!?! I couldn’t even get a sub 2 two weeks ago. I ran 6 of 8 of then under 2 minutes. My first 400m was my fastest, but I was really pleased with my times!
Also I should note David Cook was on Idol tonight and plugged the Race for Hope DC 5K on May 1. CANNOT WAIT FOR IT AND FOR COOKIE. My plan is to catch up with David and hold hands with him the last mile 😛
