Iron Mason
February 9 – May 4
Iron Mason is a Mason Recreation incentive program that encourages members to step up their physical activity during the semester. It is not a race. The distances can be completed quickly or over a period of time. As long as you complete your miles between February 9 and May 4 you have met the challenge. Participants, run (or walk), swim (or row) and bike their way to the finish. Start by completing the Olympic Mason distance. Then if you want to keep going, tally your miles until you complete the Ultimate Mason.Each participant will receive his or her own log sheet that will be submitted every two weeks. We encourage all participants to complete the distances at their own pace. So, come out to the recreational facilities to have some fun while we Iron Mason our way to better health.
