Feeling MUCH better

Thank goodness the paleo plague is over. I have been feeling much better the last 36 hours. Now if i could kick this head cold!

I took a peek at the scale today: 184.8!!!

So thrilled to be back on this end of the 180s and looking forward to being back in the 170s
