I’m sick and tired. The pace of the past few weeks has finally caught up to me. I am sick, sore and going through paleo adjustment pains.
In summary I am miserable. I don’t remember the last time I felt this terrible mentally, physically, emotionally…

Either way it was still cool – tons of folks dressed up and we were rewarded for our efforts with Guinness and awesome tech tees!
I’m in Vegas at a 7,000 person conference across 4 hotels on the strip. I have do SO much walking between sessions or to dining locations or just checking out casinos. On top of the nearly 7 miles I’ve ran over the last 2 morning I am confident I’ve logged another 7 just walking.
I wish I had a pedometer!
Fantastic 3 mile run on the strip this morning in shorts and a tank! I can add Nevada to the list of states I’ve run in!
