Dr. Oz Recipes

I never do anything super fad or regimented but I leave Friday for a reunion weekend at my college and I want to look lean.

I’m feeling strong from Insanity, so I want to compliment it with even better nutrition. I’ve been doing the Dr Oz 3 day detox cleanse since Saturday since I was in recovery week of Insanity. I’ve already been doing breakfast smoothies so all smoothies/juices for 3 days hasn’t been bad plus I “forced” myself to finally buy almond butter, coconut oil and some other fancy things that I’m obsessed with already. 

Since I move onto Month 2 of Insanity tonight, starting tomorrow I’m following Dr Oz’s 3+3=3 pounds of fat loss recipes. Eggs, bean burgers, sweet potato fries and 1 dinner smoothie for 3 days. YES please!

I’ve already been a green tean drinking fiend and peeing like whoa!
