I have really enjoyed my first week of Shakeology. They give you tons of combo ideas for your shakes. I’m using the chocolate shake and today I tired OJ, water and the powder MMMMM. Knowing that I just need to throw a few easy things in the blender to make the shake has taken time off my morning routine.
I also got the t25 workouts that my friend wants to buy, but I’m doing a trial of for 2 weeks. I am actually REALLY loving the videos. It is hard work, but I enjoy it A LOT more than Insanity. Plus T25 offers modified options which help since I “create” some of my own modified options for Insanity which makes me worried about not working as hard or injuring myself.
Like I said last week, eating right and working out just makes me feel SO good. Smooching with my new beau also adds to the overall feel good mood 🙂
