I’m looking for a roommate in ALEXANDRIA, VA (right outside DC) to sign a 1 year lease starting ~April 1st

$740 includes everything except cable and internet . 

I’ve been in my place for nearly 2 years and really love it. It is a huge condo, with tons of storage, closets and great parking. Oh I’m .25 miles from the Metro (Yellow Line). If you or someone you know might be interested in being my roommate or want more information/pictures let me know.
