I’m committing to Gluten Free for the month of May with hopes to keep it going all summer (at least).
My sister was strictly gluten free from Aug-Oct and tries her best to still adhere to it. I do my best when I’m in some “confines” when it comes to eating healthy. I think for me GF is smarted than no or low carb because of how active I am in and my exercise regime.
Any websites, tips, recipes, shopping lists, blogs to follow would be MUCH appreciated.
