Today will wrap up my 3rd of Insanity. I’m only a day off schedule which is rather impressive consider how busy I’ve been.
I’m looking forward to getting month 1 behind me, enjoy recovery week and then go at month 2 full throttle.
I wish my scale was budging, but I’m getting stronger and tighter. I can both feel it and see it.
One of my friends gave me his Bodybump DVDs (and bar) to borrow, as another workout series to take on after Insanity.
