Eating right + working out hard = feeling great
I feel strong and healthy. I even saw physical differences in my body this morning before getting in the shower.
I’m 41 days into insanity. I’m about a week into abstaining from gluten. I have been limiting my alcohol intake.
I’m using the spring to really buckle down and tighten up. My college reunion weekend happens to fall on the first day of summer. My hope is to be REALLY good these next 6 weeks and then try maintain throughout the summer.
I also always live how my commitment to fitness directly corresponds to how active I am on tumblr. The more I post/read the healthier and happier I am!
