Between triathlon training and the Insanity/Bodypump hybrid program I am keeping busy. Let’s review the last week:
- Wednesday: Bodypump and kickball
- Thursday: Bodypump
- Friday: Brick (30min Bike/10 min Run/20min Walk) and Insanity
- Saturday: 15 mile bike ride and Bodypump
- Sunday: 4 mile run and Insanity
- Monday: Swim, 3 mile run, 2 Bodypump workouts
- Today/Tuesday: Insanity
Note: I managed to squeeze in 3 dates with 3 different guys this weekend and have a second date with one of them tonight!
