Here’s a recap of the last week or so of training/cross-training
- Last Friday: Outdoor top-rope rockclimbing and a swim
- Saturday: Swim and bike
- Sunday: (Rest) but not really b/c I was on my feet all day for work
- Monday: Run
- Tuesday: Whitewater kayaking, swim, bike
- Wednesday: 10 mile Old Rag Hike
- Thursday: Rest
- Today: plans to swim and run
- Saturday: Rest
- Sunday: Quantico Sprint Tri (400 yd swim, 8.8 mi bike, & 5K run)
In other great news: Being the squeaky wheel works. After 3 months of health insurance benefits drama my account is correct and on my next paycheck I’m getting credited money for the previous 4 pay periods!
