Ragnar Training Already?

With it being harder and harder to catch daylight to run in I’ve found myself squeezing runs in when I can:

  • 6:45pm yesterday: 5 miles
  • 6:45am today: 4 miles 
  • 6:45am tomorrow: 8 miles

One of the biggest challenges of running a Ragnar Relay is race is running multiple legs in ~36hours. I’ll give myself a short reprieve after Dublin, but then it’s Ragnar Florida Keys training (Race weekend is February 5 & 6).
