On a roll
I’ve worked out every day in March so far except one. I have no plans to regularly work out 7 days a week, but it’s much nicer to realize that you are working out more than you planned than less!
Students are on spring break this week so I’ve made it to 3 lunchtime workout classes and have left work on time which has led to more work out opportunities.
Next week T and I have a 5 day Carolinas/VA Beach trip leading up to the Shamrock Half Marathon. We’re spending 24 hours in Charleston and I fully intend on running so I can knock South Carolina off my list of states/places I’ve run!
