WW Freestyle

I rolled over 4 points yesterday! It’s crazy how with all the 0 point food changes that I can practically go all day without dipping into my points. I’m always going to use Fat Free/Low Fat half and half in my coffee, but now my egg cup breakfast is 0, my greek yogurt and fruit snack is 0 and then lunch can be pretty low point too. In fact my chili I’ve had this week is 0 points. 

The way I see it the 4 points I rolled over are another beer I can drink this weekend! But honestly I like the idea of having a low point day and then have more flexibility to eat points at dinner as opposed to the opposite approach I used to take.
