
Today I shadowed up front for Body Pump 108. I’ve noticed that when I’m in front of the class or even more when I’m teaching I burn more calories. 50 more calories compared to doing Body Pump at home yesterday. I generally burn ~325 calories when I’m a participant in class.
On Thursdays my gym has Body Pump followed by Body Combat express which is only 30 minutes. It’s my favorite workout combo. Pump first and a short enough Combat class that I can really push through without too much fatigue.
