Holiday Gift Idea (to ask Santa for maybe too)!

I rarely drink regular soda anymore, but I am a huge Seltzer/Club Soda fan. Soda Stream makes “My Water” flavors (pictured bottom left). You can add sugar free flavors like lemon-lime (my favorite), orange or raspberry. Last week I was buying new CO2 cartridges for my Soda Stream and saw a sample pack of Crystal Light flavors for 50% off and decided to give them a whirl. UMMMMMM SUPER YUMMY. I’ve tried the Lemonade and the Strawberry so far and I’m hooked already. I like Crystal Light and I like Seltzer, put them together and WOWZA.

I love my Soda Stream and I highly recommend you get one. I’ve had mine for 2 years now. I actually got it from a guy I was dating at the time who was moving overseas and he couldn’t bring it with him. I don’t know if I would have ever went out and bought one, but I’m so glad I have it and I would totally buy one now if anything happened to mine. I’m obsessed. I have even cute 1 liter and .5 liter bottles in fun colors that I got as a thoughtful gift from my old roommate.

NYC Tumblr Date at Oda House?

I’m Long Island bound on Monday for Thanksgiving week and would love to get back to Oda House in the East Village for lunch/dinner – namely khatchapuri . Super yummy Georgian food that was recommended by Backofthepack and/or Veggielife this summer.

Dear fellow Northern Virginians,

RUN, don’t walk to Plaka’s Grill in Vienna and eat a Gyro “Plaka Style” (with fries inside).

The concert T and I went to last night was in Vienna and I went to yelp to see what restaurants we could eat at before. Plaka Grill has 4.5 stars and 600 reviews, so I was sold.

And HOT DAMN this food was delicious. Super casual family owned joint and I insist if you can make it to Vienna to go eat there.
