I bought this  NY & Co. dress online this weekend (on sale) after not being able to find it in stores. I’m not a fan of online clothes shopping, especially since my body is regularly changing, but I went ahead and ordered the large. It arrived at my place tonight and I’m happy to report it fits well.

I’m wearing it to W’s brother’s wedding at the end of October which is exciting because I’ll tone up more by then and hopefully drop a few more pounds and inches.

Just bought one of these shirts (in aqua, the gray sadly was sold out).

I went to college with Ali (pictured). She is raising money for The Chron’s and Colitis Foundation as part of Jack Rabbit’s “Run for The Rabbit” campaign.

Ali is running her first Marathon on September 24th. Check out her blog.

Order a shirt here (if there are any left).

GPOYFF – Flirty Friday Edition

I love orange and I love this dress that my sister gave me for my birthday. Out of the 17 dresses I own 5 are orange or predominately orange.

Note: Check out that form in the behind the back picture. That’s talent!

Say What?!

Every summer we have to order J. Crew shorts for work that we LIVE in.

3 years ago I was squeezing into 16s

2 years ago I was still squeezing into 16s

Last year I opted for comfortably LOOSE 16s as opposed to snug 14s

Today I went to try on the sample shorts they send to work. I went for the 14s. They were very comfortably loose. I hesitantly reached for the 12s and they fit like a glove. I am ordering 12s for this summer. Just out of curiously I tried on the 10s. They zipped up!! It wasn’t pretty, but gosh darn it I was in them!

I still walk around usually in clothes that are now baggy on me, but I’m trying not to spend too much money on clothes that are just transition clothes. I can’t wait til the day comes when I CAN STOCK UP ON 10s.
