I still can’t believe I’m becoming the kind of person who leaves a party at 10:30pm on Saturday night so I can go home and make sure I get 8+ hours of sleep and still wake up for my 9am Body Pump class. Curbing my sleeping until the afternoon tenancies has been a major shift in my life. I still love sleep, but I try to go to bed earlier to make sure I can go to the fitness classes I like.

Also can we talk about how I was feeling sexy AF in this sports bra/tank combo. My shoulders and back are quickly become new favorite body parts!

I decided to #bebrave and wear my new white pants. I know buying them was a great first step, but knowing me I would WAIT for the RIGHT time to wear them. There is no right time, #carpediem!
Since today is my #weightwatchers at work meeting I thought I’d be a good #nsv to share with the group!

Bought these workout capris at the bookstore of my undergrad on clearance a long while back while there for a reunion, 2014 maybe? They were a ladies large and I thought I could fit them given I was Triathlon training at the time. Alas I forgot college gear “ladies” generally fit 18 year old bodies. They were embarrassing tight and went to the back of the drawer. At some point I pulled them out to try on and I could barely pull them up. Womp, back to the back of the drawer.

After an out of town weekend and T away for work this week we’re behind in laundry (T does most of the household laundry ?). I searched my workout bottom drawer and had a sea of full length pants or shorts. Then I spotted these lone capris and decided to give them a try. Success! Wore them on a walk and to Body Pump class!

Talk about a NSV!

Tried this Le Tote shirt on again last night and it is just more of a fitted style, so I decided to wear to work today and was happy with it! I think it’s just me equating clothes that were tight on me when I was heavier with feeling tight as opposed to fitted. The mental side of weight loss is the real tricky part!
