It’s crazy what taking off mayo, cheese and only using 1 slice of bread will do to your total cal/fat.
My boss wanted Jimmy Johns for lunch and I had never been so I went to their website and you can customize your sandwich and craft a nutritionally sound one. So I opted OUT of mayo (I’m not really a mayo fan anyway) and I did the 7 grain bread over a roll (but the sandwich open faced). I couldn’t sacrifice the cheese, but still I took a sandwich that was 729 cal and 31 grams of fat and transformed it into a 360 cal and 11 grams of fat sandwich. Holler.
