Soooo, I officially started half marathon training this week. Knowing my crazy work schedule I don’t know if I’ll be able to keep exactly to that schedule, but I am going to try and run 5x a week those amount – my run/rest days just may fall differently.
So the plan is:
10K on 4th of July – Actual Race TBD
Half Marathon Labor Day Weekend – Actual Race TBD
