I’ve been trying to limit my water while running ever since I heard Jeff Galloway speak a few months ago and he said you once need a few ounces every few miles. Lately I’ve found myself gasping for air less and less and needing water less and less. For example I ran 4 miles tonight and didn’t take a single sip. I still like having it will me just incase, but I’m trying to focus on hydrating better prior to runs instead of during them.

Less Alcohol and More Sweat is my game plan to see the 170s ASAP.

“Volkswagen in Sweden installed musical pads into a staircase, and found that 66% of people who would have taken the adjacent escalator chose the stairs instead.”
I have been experiencing some serious sports bra “Boob Chafe” especially with cold weather and dry winter skin. I have never used Body Glide or anything like it before. I was curious if Body Glide is what I would need to buy and where might be other good places to apply it besides under my tatas?
From Thought Catalog (obviously) and I couldn’t agree more.
