I love a new year – it’s a good “excuse” to refresh your routine. 

I went shopping yesterday after I posted my WIW yesterday which made me feel crappy, but also made me snap to reality and refocus.

  • Bought 2 calendars – 1 wall calendar (which has awesome positivity themed months with phrases and art) to see a month at a glance of how many days a month I work out and to log my WIW.  and 1 daily agenda calendar to do a check in how I ate that day (not a food log, but an accountability log)
  • Went to GNC (and joined their gold club membership) to buy protein powder which I used to do back when I first lost weight and trainer Dan had been nagging me about it too
  • Restocked on my AM and PM wrinkle creams haha
  • Did a super healthy grocery shopping
  • Prepped food for this week’s lunch
  • Today I am going to buy a daily multivitamin – suggestions for one that won’t hurt my tummy please…
