A 200 meter swim is no joke.

Considering I’ve never ever really swam for distance I was pretty pleased with how this first swim went, but I had a long way to go. That cardio was SERIOUS.
I didn’t officially time these swims today, but I was counting as I swam with the reliable 1-Mississippi, 2-Mississippi system. I was doing 25m in roughly 40-45 second each lap. The back of both 50s were hard, I was pushing my endurance levels something serious.
Looking forward to take on this swimming challenge.
