One of my head student leaders wrote me a sweet thank you note and included this gem that I said to him when we started working together last year!
Solid race. Had an average 10:50 page which was better than I hoped. The best part is that it put me in #1 on fitbit!
Ready for the 12Ks of Christmas race! Lets see if I end up ripping off the bell of my headband during the run!

NYC Christmas Funsies
T just booked his bus ticket to NYC for the day after Christmas. I’m excited to show him Christmas in New York!
I have a lot on our agenda – all the classic NYC Christmas stuff, but if anyone has any suggestions of unique/new things worth checking out let me know.
Also I’m going to get us tickets to the 9/11 museum, any advice on how long we should plan to be there? I’m hoping to do an AM timeframe ticket, but just want to plan accordingly.
PS – he *might* be meeting my mom whilst in NY. my mom and I aren’t close, but I know it’d be a big deal for her since I’ve never brought anybody home before.
