I did my end of July weigh in on 7/28 before leaving for vacation. I’m certainly up a few pounds post trip, but after my birthday this weekend I’m excited to get back on track to my lowest adult weight ever and a healthy BMI.
I’m turning 35 tomorrow and I’m in the best shape of my life and taking strides to live my best life daily!
