I saw 184.8 on Friday before I left for reunion after my 3 day shakeology cleanse, so consider everything I ate and drank this weekend, I’m okay with the number. 

I’m still feeling fit, strong, good…

Finding balance and the switch up

This morning was day 22 of the bodypump/hybrid workout. Like I’ve said before I am really enjoying the change up in work outs. 

Friday I worked out before I left for my reunion weekend and Sunday evening I even worked out when I got home.

I squeezed in a workout yesterday before a date and I worked out this morning before work because of a date I have this evening. 

I’m juggling 2 guys right now, both very early into things (2 dates and 3 dates). I’m very intrigued…

Fitness Models

I was at my college alumni reunion over the weekend. Most of my friends and I all look WAY better now than we did then. We’ve lost a lot of weight between us. My friend Jeff, who was a scrawny guy in college has filled out since then, said:

“I look like a fat slob and you all are like fitness models" 

I must say this is the best compliment I’ve EVER received. 

I Werk Out

Between triathlon training and the Insanity/Bodypump hybrid program I am keeping busy. Let’s review the last week:

  • Wednesday: Bodypump and kickball
  • Thursday: Bodypump
  • Friday: Brick (30min Bike/10 min Run/20min Walk) and Insanity
  • Saturday: 15 mile bike ride and Bodypump
  • Sunday: 4 mile run and Insanity 
  • Monday: Swim, 3 mile run, 2 Bodypump workouts
  • Today/Tuesday: Insanity

Note: I managed to squeeze in 3 dates with 3 different guys this weekend and have a second date with one of them tonight!
