I have my first brick workout after work: 30 min bike – 10 min run – 20 min walk.
doable.
But the triathlon is ~6 weeks out and I’m scurrrrrred. I need to figure out transitions, gear, and make some vast improvements in my swim game.
What sort of exercise routine do I need to start doing so I can recreate NPH’s Hedwig performance at the Tonys?! I can’t wait to see the show next month!

I did 300 yards yesterday. In 50 yard increments (or tried for those increments). And bogs, websites, swim tips. My breathing/breath control needs WORK!
Lots of walking at Busch Gardens on Friday. Also lots of screaming, especially on The Griffon and Verbolten!

Made it to the free lunch time yoga at work they are offer this summer!
I also got to use my new mat. I wish they made extra long mats, I hate choosing to hang my head or feet off (I usually try to keep my head on the mat). Seriously so many #tallgirlproblems in this world. Shorties don’t take fitting on your yoga mat for granted!!!
On Sunday before/after (I can’t recall) wrapping up Insanity with my last fit test I took my measurements. I SHOULD have taken my before measurements, but I wasn’t fully confident in my ability to finish the program I suppose. Regardless here are the current numbers – let’s see how they look in 2 months after my triathlon and after I finish the pump/insanity hybrid
