TBT to running the Baltimore Marathon Relay in 2014. We had 4 runners for a combined 4:36 marathon time AKA the fastest marathon I’ll ever run! My true PR is 5:04 at the LA Marathon.

Checking in before day 2 of Body Pump instructor training!
Lunch break! So far so good. Lots of great insights and technique adjustments. We have our first performances later this afternoon!

Body Pump initial instructor training is today!! I feel good, but also nervous and excited. Today and tomorrow are both 8a-6p days so I was given extensive packing lists. Here’s most of what I packed. Not pictures: extra socks, sweatbands, turkey sandwiches!
