Had brunch with some of the best tumblr girls I ever could have asked to meet. You know it’s a good time when bottomless brunch starts at 10am and I am just now, at 730pm, heading home. These are some of the most amazing girls and I’m so glad to now have them as IRL friends as well. Already looking forward to wine and cheese at Katie’s next week!

So I “subscribed” to some Meetups last year, but never went and unsubscribed. I’m thinking of giving it a second try. Any suggestions on types of groups or look for based on your experiences (even though I know they are different from city to city. And for the record I’m in DC/Alexandria, VA). Or advice on types of groups to avoid?
