Today: My scale read both 194.8 and 195.2 (I did see 192.6 on Friday).
I’m honestly not taking stock in ANYTHING this scale says because it’s been so inconsistent. My new Fitbit Scale should be here between now and the 17th. Fingers crossed it will be here for next week’s WIW.

Excited to see some fantastic MEASUREABLE changes, most notably in my waist and thighs.
Just pulled the trigger on the Fitbit Aria scale.
E-bay has been my go-to place lately and I found an E-Bay shop selling them for $89.95 with free shipping. I really like all the stats and I like how it syncs with my Fitbit app. Plus I’ve been very happy with my previous Fitbit products. Stay tuned!

The good news is the scale read this number twice in a row today, so a win? I coming reeeeeeeally close to buying the fitbit scale – I’m trying to hold off for a sale or something.

I’m going to chalk it up to a loss, but my scale is driving me nuts. I see the first number when I first get on the scale and then when I double check it I see the second number repeatedly.
Is there a science to which number to trust?
I need a new scale. It’s 4-5 years old and despite replacing the battery in November I just don’t trust it anymore. It was 195.8 when I first got on, then I doubled checked (as per usual) and it came up 197.4. They next few attempts it flashed between the two. So who knows. Any digital scale recs? Please message me!
As we all know weight is only part of the story. I decide to get back on the measurements train. I will do measurements on the first Wednesday of the month.

I’m happy to be ending 2015 at least where I started. In part to my 3 day Dr Oz Cleanse and in part to using my time off work to kick things up in the fitness dept. I had some ups and downs, especially my lack of exercise prior to marathon training since I knew what an undertaking it would be. In 2016 I plan to cross train a lot more, run short racers, and I always have my eye on an oly sprint triathlon! Happy New Year to all!

I’m going to an OrangeTheory class for a free trial class on Sunday with my friend C and I’m ordering a bag of Shakeology to kick off the year.
If I like OrangeTheory I’m going to buy a month of classes – I need something new.

I need to beat these cold weather blues. I set alarms to get up and run, but can’t bring myself to do it. I hate how most years around this time a switch gets flipped and THE last thing I want to do is run or work out.
I have a 12K this weekend that will be humbling for sure. T and I are set to start half marathon training together shortly, so hopefully we can keep each other on track.
