WIW

  • 3/2: 194.9
  • 3/9: 192.9
  • 3/16: 195
  • 3/22: 196.5
  • Today: 195.1

Color me frustrated. Something’s gotta give. I have been “at it” workout wise since right after Christmas – I even had a super stellar workout record for the first half of March (worked out 14 out of 16 days – then I went on vacation). Being out of town to the Carolinas/VA Beach followed by a quick trip to NY for Easter has def slowed me down, but still. I’ve been in the mid 190s since JANUARY between 197-192, it’s maddening.

My eating needs to change, I need to really pay attention – I will never be a calorie counter per say, but I’m thinking about Weight Watchers – which I’ve never done, but I’ve following a ton of people on Insta who have had amazing success.

PRAISE BIG BABY JESUS!

I’m working SO hard and to be struggling for 2+ months to get out of the 190s with very little progress has been hella frustrating. 180s – I’m coming!

WIW

Last week: 195.1

Today: 196.2

However my body fat went from 39.2% to 39%

I need to tighten up the casual beer drinking, plus valentine’s sweets didn’t help.

Got my Fitbit Aria scale yesterday – she’s beautiful.

Today was my first weigh in.

Goal weight is 169, which would put me at a “healthy”  24/25 BMI (despite it not being a science). I’d also like to drop down to ~27% body fat which would have me on the “ideal/average” border.

As a reminder I’m 5′9.5 (the .5 is accurate and makes a difference – it’s annoying most charts only have only numbers {also annoying how most shoe companies stoping making ½ sizes after 10 – I fit a 10.5 perfectly. 11s are too big and I usually need to stretch out 10s}). #tallgirlprobs
