Fuck the scale, honestly. I’m kicking ass and taking names when it comes to my marathon training, my clothes are fitting better, and I’m feeling good about myself.

Huzzah! However this victory is less sweet because I cheated on Friday to look and the scale said 200.2 THEN. Get me back in ONEderland STAT pleeeease.

WHY SCALE WHY.
I’ve been running 4x week aka average over 100K a week, making good food choices, limiting alcohol to 1x week.
I will battle on, but I’m just really frustrated that these first 10lbs I’m trying to get off are being so stubborn.

Considering some holiday weekend gluttony I’m okay with this number. At it hard this week, just did a 11 mile hike today with work (see previous post).

Talk about a reality check.
I regularly charted my weight at the beginning of my weight loss/fitness journey in January 2010. I had to search my tumblr to find the site where I even charted my weight (caloriecount.about.com) and luckily accessed my account (username/password on the first try – BOOM).
My last entry was 7/4/12 – I weighed 177.2
I just went through my tumblr since then and added every weigh in I posted.
