These last 2 weeks have been all over the place since my work schedule is bonkers, just want to end my crazy season more or less where I started aka ~176.

Holy smokes I was not expecting this!! I had “negative weekly points” this week after the weekend, but exceeded my Fit Points goal for the week.
Maybe having my #weightwatchers “week” start on a Thursday to coincide with my weigh in is a good strategy! I feel like I really corrected after a point heavy weekend.
Please note my WW weigh in is always more since I’m dressed and it’s a noon than my home scale when I’m naked and it’s first thing in the morning.

I went to a #weightwatchers store meeting today since I’m off and was going to miss my at work meeting. I’ve only been to one other store meeting back when I first started. It’s a nice change of pace, I appreciated learning stories from a new group of folks.
Oh and I’m down -1.2 lbs this week!!

When it rains it pours

REALLY?! 7 Blue dot days in a row Sun-Sat then enjoyed Sun/Mon, but within point range. I call bulllshit. 

On top of being FRUSTRATED by the scale this morning. My commute home yesterday was TWO HOURS, as opposed to 50 minutes. I missed my Body Pump class, but took Freddie out for a 45 min walk to blow off some steam and  get in some steps. 

This morning some idiot isn’t giving me room to maneuver into a spot and I hit a support poll. It’s a scrape that I should be able to buff out, but COME ON. This garage is the devil, I back into a poll once last year and someone grazed/sideswiped my car last year too. Work garages should not be SUCH A HAZARD! 

BREATHE, JUST BREATHE

If I high five you when I see you, you’ll know why ?
With my -2.4 lb loss at yesterday’s @weightwatchers weigh in I’ve officially lost 25.8 lbs since joining WW in Feb 2017, but 18.8 of it has been since Jan 2018 when I fully committed to #wwfreestyle!
Honestly so much of this journey is mental. Once I made myself the priority over everything else, things clicked into place.

Phhhhhhhheww last week’s 4 pound gain was a fluke. Glad to see I’m down -1.9 from 2 weeks ago!

WW Weigh in

At my Weight Watchers weigh in I was “only” up +1.4 pounds since my last WW weigh in the week before. Glad to see the large “gain” was only a blip and I’ve been getting my “blue dot days” all week.

Someone at my WW meeting read a sentence from a rower’s magazine that said exercise is not how people should try to lose weight, exercise should be to get strong. I think that mindset shift for me since joining weight watchers has been most powerful.

UMMMM extreme. It’s gotta be hormonal because aside from my camping weekend (where my only downfall was 2 days of sipping on spiked seltzer).
