Anyone use an app to track their body measurements?
I just D/Led “Progress” but you can only track 5 body parts in their free version.

After a decent drop last week I’m totally fine with a little one this week, plus my period just started so that always throws off my weight some. I’m feeling F-I-N-E though.
Yesterday’s @hanson concert was quite a workout (8pm-10:30pm) and pure exhilaration!
You’re in a new decade, congrats!

Holler! Just goes to show you have an indulgent weekend out of town is not an excuse to not get right back on the wagon!
One of my neighbors who I’ve been talking wedding planning with lately (she just got back from Portugal and Spain earlier this month) commented that I looked slimmer yesterday.

WOMP.
I’ve really stepped up my fitness game – getting to classes 3-4x a week and getting in a long walk 3-4x a week.
I need to tighten up the food game, especially when I’m eating out. However, I’m still conscious and tracking.
So I’m frustrated – BUT RATIONALLY I know the scale isn’t everything. Onward and upward (or downward haha).

I’m okay with a gain thanks to my period, still tracking and moving!
KABOOOOOOM
Tracking works and as I said in a comment to @losingitinvirginia – I hate that I get lazy and stop tracking and then stop putting effort into buying the right foods and making the right choices. There is not a weight loss/fat loss trick. It’s 80% what you eat and 20% moving and exercise.
Home Scale (naked first thing in the morning)
Weight Watchers Weigh In (dressed at noon)
I’d say my actual weigh in somewhere in the low 190s. August was off the rails with vacation and more free food at work events than usual. I think I partook more because I knew I was getting back on the WW wagon. Also my period always dramatically screws with my weight.
I am just excited to be back in track and the true test will be what my numbers look like 2, 3, 4 weeks from now.
After an insanely busy summer I’m back on the @weightwatchers tracking wagon!
