Dont remember the last time I weighed in but I was 190.something

Today I’m 187.0

I’m sick and tired. The pace of the past few weeks has finally caught up to me. I am sick, sore and going through paleo adjustment pains.

In summary I am miserable. I don’t remember the last time I felt this terrible mentally, physically, emotionally…

Measurements Feb 1, 2013

  • Chest (under breasts): 35
  • Smallest Waist: 34.5
  • Belly Button: 39.5
  • Hips (under belly): 42
  • Hips/Love handles: 42
  • Neck: 13
  • Mid Upper Arm: 11
  • Upper Arm: 13
  • Wrist: 6
  • Upper Thigh: 27
  • Mid Upper Thigh: slightly above 22
  • Above Knee: slight above 17
  • Mid Calf: slightly above 15
  • Above Ankle: 9

My legs are in better shape than they were a year ago (aka the last time I did measurements). My midsection and arms need work, weirdly enough especially my arms.

Note I’m 5’9 – sometimes I see WAY smaller measurements from people and I have to remember I’m WAY taller than a lot of people.

Dropping LBs like a champ. What I’m really curious on is my measurements – which I plan to do on Friday. I have been weight training 3-4x a week for the first time in my life and I can see/feel the difference.

Today is my first official training run for the Cherry Blossom 10 miler in April. My training plan only has me running 3x a week – I want to be sure to keep my weight training up!

Last Week: 191.6

This Week: 189.0

Change: -2.6

I’ve worked out everyday of 2013 thus far with plans to work out today (Trainer Dan), but then I have plans tomorrow that will result in a much needed rest day.

Wisdom Teeth Diet

My appetite has been weak since surgery and I have not been eating my usual fare. I have had more carbs and sugary things (pudding, ice cream, choc milk, mashed potatoes) than usual however I have lost some weight.

Today: 181.8

My weight has been all over from 181-185 the past month. I want to get focused and stay strong through the holiday season so I can really hit the ground running (or lifting all the things) come January!
